JOHN O'DONNELL MAKES SECOND F3 RACE WEEKEND, WHILE ANDREW DAVIS PODIUMS ON F4 RACE DEBUT
A pair of talented 17 year old JENSEN development drivers kicked off their 2026 race season by competing in the SCCA National and South East Formula Series event at Homestead Miami Speedway on the weekend January 2-4.
John O'Donnell from Boston Massachusetts returned to the cockpit driving the #1 JENSEN Formula 3 race car, while Andrew Davis from suburban Washington D.C. made his first ever car racing competition driving the #7 JENSEN Formula 4 race car.

Andrew was fast all weekend, ultimately finishing third in the Sunday feature race in the South East Formula Series Formula 4 class. An accomplished karter, Andrew began his race car driver development program with the JENSEN F4 team in spring 2025 in California.

John enjoyed a busy and successful 2025 race season both in the USA and England. John won his first race driving the #1 JENSEN Formula 3 car at Thunderhill Raceway in the F3 California series in October. Racing in Miami was part of John's continued driver development program, which will include him competing in the GB4 championship in England in the 2026 season.
Team owner Eric Jensen stated, "Andrew made an exceptional performance in his race debut. I knew from our first test together that Andrew is a fast driver, so it's not a surprise how competitive he was in his first race outing. Next up ideally for Andrew will be competing in round one of the F4 California series at Sonoma Raceway in March."
Jensen continued, "John was likewise fast from our first test together in June 2025. Graduating so soon to the much more challenging F3 car is a big challenge, but it is paying dividends by expediting John's development. Next up for John is more F4 testing in Europe, and a return to the Buttonwillow California circuit to work on his braking mechanics."
