TALENTED SEATTLE TEEN ANA PALESTRO WINS A PAIR OF RACES IN F4 CALIFORNIA SERIES FEMALE CHAMPIONSHIP
Ana Palestro enjoyed her most successful race weekend of her young career scoring a pair of race wins on the challenging road course Sonoma Raceway, located near San Francisco in the heart of picturesque California wine country.
F4 California series round two of the season took place on the weekend April 24-26, where Ana made a series of impressive passing maneuvers to win both races in the Formula PRO Women's Racing Series. Following her Sonoma successes, Ana now leads the 2026 championship point standings.

Formula PRO USA Championship takes place over six event weekends at world famous California race tracks including Sonoma Raceway and Laguna Seca.
Ana drives her familiar #2 JENSEN Ligier F4 race car with a clear objective to win the 2026 Women's Racing Series to advance herself as a top prospect to join the F1 Academy global female racer championship grid for the 2027 race season.
16 year old Ana has been very active the past month in her quest to advance her racing career. On track, Ana achieved strong results competing at a practice race weekend at Thunderhill Raceway in late March. Ana also made a two day practice at the Austin F1 track Circuit of the Americas the weekend before the Sonoma Raceway series event.
Off track, Ana enjoyed her first media experience being interviewed on Seattle ABC television station KOMO - see video above.
Ana's authenticity and love for car racing was evident in her first television appearance. Media plays a central role in a professional race car drivers career, so Ana made another big step in her young driver development program as she seeks to attract the attention of the F1 Academy organizers, which is the all female race championship that competes together with Formula One at races all over the world including at this weekend's Miami Grand Prix.

Ana doesn't have long to return to racing competition as round three of the 2026 season takes place at Thunderhill Raceway near Sacramento California over the third weekend of May.
JENSEN team owner Eric Jensen offers insights, "Ana started her journey as an aspiring young race car driver two years ago by attending one of my F4 Racing Camps at Buttonwillow Raceway just north of Los Angeles. Ana remains shy yet is incredibly charismatic. She is also becoming a tiger on the race track, and as I often say the world wants to cheer for Ana Palestro. Now that she has the taste for victory, I foresee some pretty amazing months together as together we chase to win her first championship."

Formula 4 is the entry level junior open-wheel race category on the FIA development ladder system intended to identify and train future drivers to compete in the Formula One World Championship. JENSEN owns four Ligier JS F4 pro spec race cars, and there are multiple championships across the USA that are terrific for new drivers to learn how to optimize their driving techniques and to gain competition experience.
Formula PRO USA Championship is one such championship, where the 2026 season will again feature six race weekends at iconic California circuits including Laguna Seca and Sonoma Raceway.
