Jason Kloster

Jason Kloster has had a long career in the racing industry that began with his co-ownership of the Active Motorsports racing team in the Toyota Atlantic Championship. Jason and Active ran a car for McLaren F1 team principal Zak Brown in the 1998 season, and won their first race with driver Will Langhorne in the 1999 season.

Jason founded his consulting agency MRG in the 2002 to assist race teams with the recruitment and contracting with drivers, mechanics, and engineers -- and Jason's focus with Jensen Global Advisors is largely to assist talented young drivers to craft their development programs.
